Workshop description: 
How would our life change if we were able to receive ourselves just as we are, free from judgment and fear of weakness and imperfection? Many meditators find themselves confronted in their practice and in daily life with painful feelings of inadequacy, shame and lack of self-worth, often one of the greatest obstacles on the spiritual journey. 

What approach, what practices and skillful means can help us to bring healing compassion and light into this part of our inner world? Rather than pushing these painful experiences away or being overwhelmed by them we can meet them in a way whereby they themselves can become doorways to genuine acceptance and greater connectedness with ourselves. In this weekend workshop we will use silent and guided meditations, contemplations and gentle breathing exercises to explore this theme.
