Teacher for meditation

Regular meditation practice in the Vipassana-tradition of Theravada-Buddhism since 1991. Lived nine years as a Buddhist monk in the monasteries of the Thai Forest tradition of Ajahn Chah in England. His main teachers there were Ajahn Sumedho and Ajahn Munindo.
Furthermore he was greatly influenced by the teachings of J. Krishnamurti, Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj, A.H. Almaas and Adyashanti.
Since 2001 he has been leading meditation workshops and retreats.

Currently working as meditation teacher at the Max-Planck Institute for Neuro- and Cognitive Science Berlin and Leipzig. (www.resource-project.org)

Zen-Shiatsu Practitioner

Practices Zen-Shiatsu since 1989.
Member of the German Shiatsu Society/Gesellschaft für Shiatsu Deutschland (GDS).
3-year-training with diploma at the British School of Shiatsu-Do in London.
1-year-advanced training with Wilfried Rappenecker at the Shiatsu Schule Hamburg.
Post-graduate training with Sonia Moriceau, Saul Goodman and Wataru Ohashi.
Runs a private practice in Hamburg since 2005.

Skan Bodywork

4-year-training in Skan Bodywork with Petra Mathes and Loil Neidhöfer.
5-year-training as group facilitator in body-oriented psychotherapy with Loil Neidhöfer.
